Bright color, light and architectural solutions. The main visual dominant of the territory at the moment is Sambury white-green hypermarket. To divert attention from him and create a single park space, it was decided to use bright architectural forms. A single color solution connects the space of the park and distinguishes it from the aggressive environment. Red plastic SAFs hide in the greens. In spring, lilac-pink almond bushes of hybrid almond and Daurian rhododendron bloom throughout the park. Birches are golden, mountain ash and maples blush in autumn. The garden of light and the illumination of all the main elements make the park a place of attraction in the evening, which is especially important in winter.

Multifunctionality and variability. The transit function is preserved and developed, various scenarios for the operation of the fleet are provided.

PRINCIPLES OF WORKING WITH THE TERRITORY

Rational use of space. The area of the park is only 3.3 hectares. It's sandwiched between fences, garages, a highway trestle. To hide unsightly fences and use space as efficiently as possible, it was decided to place all functions linearly along the boundaries of the park. Thus, the center remains a space for rest and holidays.

Routes are laid in the concept of landscaping. The designed paths of the park repeat the existing trails. A ramp is installed on the rack. It is proposed to make a pedestrian tunnel through the embankment.
A trade and exhibition route is created - a promenade, which is a multifunctional structure of canopies, benches, exhibition and trade pavilions.
The track system also fits into the organization of the sports profile of the park. A bicycle path is laid along its perimeter.
At the entrance to the park there is a party garden with a greenhouse cafe and a playground. The road, continuing the axis of Victory Street, ends near the stage. The main route leads to a park of light and a green maze, which look good from the Ferris wheel. In the depths of the park among relict pines there is a quiet zone, an air canopy-pergola with swings, benches and exhibition stands.

Ramp rising to Severnya street trestle solves the problem of the accessibility of the park for low-mobility groups of citizens. The platform on the trestle and the loop serve as an observation platform. In the center of the ramp, a riverine maple is planted, endemic to the Amur region, the crown of which will be painted crimson in the fall. As part of the planned overpass repair, a puncture is laid under the overpass.

Nature Park

Citizens with nostalgia recall the buffoon of greenery in the old park. Seventy-six percent of respondents would like the park to again become a place of recreation and walking among trees and greenery. During the clearing of the park in 2018, to the dismay of the townspeople, black birches and fruit trees were cut down. We return the lost black birches, add decorative shrubs characteristic of the region, flowering in waves (hybrid almonds, Daurian rhododendron, lilac), and highlight a quiet recreation area under the canopies of a circular pergola. We create a maze of Daurian juniper and decorate alleys with ripples and maples. The color scenarios of the park change with the change of seasons. New ones are added to the unchanged green color of pines and red color of SAFs: white - in winter, lilac-pink - in spring and golden-crimson - in autumn. In winter, a corner of summer is preserved in a greenhouse cafe.

This profile of the park is aimed primarily at children and adolescents - students of a sports school located on the territory of the park and skaters who loved parking in front of the Sambury hypermarket. The skate platform near the south wall of the park is suitable for athletes of all levels of training. Those who want to try their hand at the ramp or ride on the bike paths of the park can rent equipment at the rental point.

The Unicorn art object is an interactive sculpture that displays one of the symbols of the city of Lysva. The unicorn is also present on factory symbols. The material of the object is made at the local Lysvensky production.
Despite the poor availability, decline and desolation of recent years, the park has retained its transit function. Citizens cross it on the way to cultural, sports and educational institutions on Lenin street, in Transport District (on the «Mountain»), on Mayakovsky stree., to the offices of Russian Railways. The most desperate run the Trans-Siberian Railway to the railway depot. We design all six entrances to the park, from the side of the station (Lenin St.) we establish a bright entrance group. We shift the Sambury fence as much as possible in order to expand the space in front of CDC, organize a path network based on existing prototypes, make a convenient ramp for lifting to the trestle on Severnya street. In the second place (as part of the planned reconstruction of the overpass) we lay a puncture under the overpass towards Mayakovsky street. The main track along the Sambury fence is designed as a trade and exhibition promenade.

Transit park

The park has always been a place of celebration, the townspeople with nostalgia recall the dance floor (jokingly nicknamed the «cage»), the Ferris wheel from which trains passing along the Trans-Siberian Railway, Tom River and the entire central part of the city, noisy city holidays could be observed. During their holding, the entire space of the park is involved and a logical route is built: from the greenhouse cafe, past the stage and dance floor in front of it, to the Ferris wheel through the trade and exhibition promenade.

The sports and play area includes a skate park, a playground for children from 6 to 12 years old, a recreation area with canopies and ping-pong tables. The skate platform provides skating, rollers, scooters and BMX bicycles for users of various levels of training. The construction of a skate park made of concrete guarantees its durability. The open structure provides free access, easy cleaning, drainage. Pines falling into the area of the skate park are covered with fences on which tricks can also be performed.

Everyday park. On ordinary days, citizens can relax in a cafe-greenhouse, make a trade and exhibition promenade, relax in a quiet zone or ride a Ferris wheel. For the youngest visitors, two playgrounds are provided: for children - next to the cafe, and for older children - near the skate park.
