The idea of the project is to create a tourist attraction in Tatarstan through the preservation and development of a historical and cultural park, as well as through the creation of modern tourist infrastructure.

SACRED SPRING

In comparison with Bulgaria, which today is the archaeological center of Tatarstan, Bilyarsk has no less cultural and tourist potential: the remains of a mosque, a caravanserai and other buildings testifying to the rich historical past have been discovered. The number of open objects is less than 1%.

The concept of the project provides for the preservation and updating by modern means of the cultural heritage of the historical periods of the park, it includes a comprehensive solution of the territory, which provides for the interests of most categories of citizens (including the creation of infrastructure for a low-mobility group of the population) and provides the opportunity for cognitive and cultural recreation, events, the creation of an open exposition of landscape objects.

The subject of the design of the Sacred spring is the reconstruction of dilapidated infrastructure, ensuring the convenience of approaches to the spring, providing the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials, replacing worn-out small architectural forms, thoughtful lighting.

A special place is devoted to service structures and the creation of their unified architectural appearance, the aesthetics of which include the development of a design code that contributes to the peaceful coexistence of pilgrims and believers of the three religions, tourists and citizens.

The subject of design on the territory of the Rural Lake is a tourist center, providing the main reception and functional hub of the entire complex - a place where a tourist can order an excursion, get information about the place, have a snack, pick up equipment for rent, as well as get acquainted with video information about the sights of the place.

It provides for the launch of modern tourist services, the construction of hotel infrastructure, the creation of a comfortable environment for cognitive pastime and leisure. Thanks to the workshop «Spring MARCH in Kazan» held in May 2017, for the first time it was possible to approach the theme and territory of the project.
