The project beats the traditions of the Russian tea party: around the city fountain there are tea tables and chairs of different shapes, on the tables there are appliances and utensils, inside which there are «treats» - floral compositions.
Flowers and herbs are selected only those that can be added to tea or from which decoctions are made. Thus, the compositions consist of chamomile, sage, nails, St. John's wort, clabber and many other plants of the Central Russian strip that have a medicinal benefit and good taste.
