The designed area is located in the central part of Yelizovo and captures the most important place for walking and relaxing citizens. The project involves the development of a walking route connecting the tourist center with the shopping district, the fish market and the main open public spaces of the city - the Cosmonauts Square and the Valor and Glory Alley.

The territory of the first stage of implementation - Cosmonauts Square and Valor and Glory Alley - is mainly used by citizens. The project includes the systematization of existing seasonal service and retail outlets, as well as the infrastructure for creating new typical small businesses.

One of the main points of attraction will be the Itelmen Interactive Park, in which the historical territory has been recreated and the dwellings of the indigenous people of Kamchatka have been reconstructed. The park will be a continuation of the exposition of the local museum of local lore in the open air and will be the most important object of tourist infrastructure.

The comfortable space of Komsomolskaya Slava Square and the surrounding area will attract the urban population of all ages - this will give a stable economic effect in the field of urban service.

For the design of non-capital construction facilities and commercial facades, style solutions have been specially developed. Specific examples of the design of pavilions for the sale of products by small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the facade of a confectionery shop with a terrace on the ground floor of a residential building are presented.

A design was created for small architectural forms and stopping points. Design solutions can become the basis for the development of design code for Elizovo in the future.

The idea of the square is to create a friendly, diverse space for walking and relaxing in the open air, to saturate the square with platforms for different categories of citizens, including reconstructing the only fountain in the city, turning it into a point of attraction for people of all generations. The structure of the square is set by two parallel pedestrian paths, one of which is a winding promenade 5 to 6 m wide with many places to relax, and the second is a ray combined with a bike path, which makes it possible to cross the alley in the fastest way.

The zoning of the square is done in such a way that the recreation grounds are located far from the communication center and closer to the «contemplative» periphery, so that a large company will always find free benches and arbors, and for those who prefer loneliness, there are tame niches.

One of the main alleys of the square – «Coral Promenade», also performs an important urban planning function, with its help a new city symbol, a bright and memorable visual image was created. It is especially worth noting the view of it from Lenin Street, from the entrance to the city, since for those entering the city this will be one of the first vivid impressions.

The improvement project forms the functional program of the alley with the help of elements scarce in the city: modern arbors under the roof, swings for adults and children, a modern playground with slides and sports complexes, interactive paths and city information boards.
