The complex of houses near the lake is located along the country road, near Konakovo River Club. Palisades are planted in front of the houses. On the side of the courtyards, each section has planned barbecue areas, as well as a common parking space with a lake. The complex involves the development of 3 blocks of 8 sections in each block.

There are 24 houses in the complex. The architecture of the complex is minimalist. The facade of the house consists of sections unfolding 180 degrees, thanks to the variable storey of which the house looks original.

The architectural solution involves blocks of two-story houses with a mirror reflection of neighboring layouts. Section M and section W were developed in the project, the second representing the mirror reflection of section M. The facade of the section of blocked houses is dynamically developing thanks to the pitched roof, and facade plastic is also actively but succinctly developed. The building was decided in a modern style, using finishing materials with concrete and wooden lining. Stone is also used in the decoration.
