The designed area consists of 3 parts: a hotel complex, a children's park and a cottage village.
Two modes of operation are supposed on the territory of the complex: the hotel territory functions as a single club village, and the territory of private houses as a separate cottage village.
The concept of landscape landscaping and the creation of landscape objects - ponds, planting, earthen embankments, etc. - is based on the maximum use of the natural features of the area. The work on creating an environment around buildings combines landscape and forestry approaches, allowing you to work with the landscape, emphasizing and preserving natural forms.
